Visa pathways at a glance

Travellers can enter Antigua & Barbuda through three main routes. Select the path that matches your nationality and travel purpose:

  • eVISA: Complete the online application at evisa.immigration.gov.ag. Suitable for most visitors who require a visa prior to travel.
  • Visa on arrival: Available to holders of valid United States, Canadian, United Kingdom, or Schengen visas or residence permits. See the visa-on-arrival guidance for full conditions.
  • Consular visa: Travellers without visa-on-arrival privileges can apply through the nearest Antigua & Barbuda diplomatic mission using the printable visa form.

Entry requirements for visa-exempt visitors

Nationals of visa-exempt countries may stay for up to six months when the following conditions are met:

  • Passport valid for at least six months beyond the intended departure date.
  • Confirmed return or onward transportation.
  • Proof of confirmed accommodation (hotel booking, cruise itinerary, or host invitation).
  • Evidence of sufficient funds to support the stay.

Multiple-entry visas

Applicants who travel frequently may request a 12- or 24-month multiple-entry visa by selecting the relevant option on the visa application form. Approval remains at the discretion of the issuing officer.
